The Federal Art Project (FAP) funded several art works currently located at the Beaumont Library in Beaumont, Calif. The Works Progress Administration (WPA) built a swimming pool and bathhouse in Swenson Park in Spur TX. The pool was built between 1935 and 1937 and closed in 2009. A WPA marker in front of the bathhouse reads: "Works Progress Administration  1935-1937."

The Works Progress Administration (WPA) provided funding and labor toward the development of the Irion County Courthouse in Mertzon, Texas. It is unclear whether the WPA was directly involved in the building's construction or if it undertook landscaping efforts around the courthouse square. Per the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, "total cost of the building and landscaping will be $110,000." The Works Progress Administration built the Milam Stadium grandstands at the Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, in 1935. Contributor note: "The Milam Stadium grandstands at Southwestern Oklahoma State University were built by the WPA in 1935. The grandstands are concrete with steel girders, and seat 8600 fans. The stadium is located on the west side of the campus on North 7th Street. The home team stands on the west side have a two-story announcer's booth also built of concrete. The grandstands were completed in 1935, and the stadium is named for former football coach Joe Milam who coached at SWOSU from 1926-1936." "

The Demonstration School was re-roofed by Gordon Van-Tine Company, and three dormitories were repaired and improved through PWA funds at Mississippi State Teachers College. Oden and Glenn were contractors, making general repairs and installing new toilets and bathroom facilities. Rear porches were screened, tile floors and marble bathroom walls were added to each of the six bath compartments in each of the two bathrooms per floor. The projects were funded for a total of $78,000.

The East Stadium-Dormitory for what was then known as State Teachers College was completed 1939 with funding from PWA and college revenue bonds. It originally was built as a stadium and the men's dormitory was under the east stand of the stadium. It was project X1314 for a total cost of $140,000. The project was approved September 13, 1938 and completed November 15, 1939. Contractor was B. L. Knost of Pass Christian. The Works Progress Administration built the Milam Stadium Field House at the Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford OK. Contributor note: "The Fieldhouse is a one-story native sandstone building located just outside of the southeast entrance to the field. The small brick addition on the east side was added later. The fixed pane windows have stone sills, and a continuous three-row stone belt course above. The building was constructed by the WPA in 1941-2."

The University of Southern Mississippi's library, now known as Kennard-Washington Hall and serving as administrative offices, was constructed as PWA project x1370. The Georgian Revival style building was approved in September 1938 and construction began 12/19/1938. A grant of $38,863 was received toward the total cost of $86,363. Construction was completed November 10, 1939. "The two-story brick building has a hipped roof with a balustraded widow's walk, and was originally cross-shaped, but the northeast quadrant was infilled with a one-story brick addition" (Gatlin, 2010, p. .18). The Carson Community House was constructed as National Youth Administration project 5649 in 1939. It is a two story, brick veneer building, currently in use as a Masonic Lodge. It appears to be essentially unaltered, other than sealing of two upper windows. It retains the external double stairs to access the second floor.

The Art Deco structure was completed in summer of 1936 and opened for the school year Sep. 7, 1936. The opening program was held in the newly completed building. “With its additional school rooms as well as its splendid gymnasium and auditorium, it will add much to the efficiency with which the school program can be carried on this year and the years to come” (Carson School slates opening, 1936, p. 9). The gymnasium was PWA project W1013, approved 9/25/1935. Construction started 12/26/1935, and completed 7/8/1936 for a total cost of $27,235. Fire destroyed the unused structure in March 2019.
