The historic College Station post office in New York, New York on West 140th St. was one of many post offices in Manhattan constructed with federal Treasury Department funds during the New Deal era. This project was implemented by the Public Works Administration. The building's cornerstone, and an interior plaque, put the dates of construction at 1935 to 1937. The building is still in service. The historic former post office in Conway, South Carolina was built in 1935 with Treasury Department funds. The building now serves as the Conway Visitors Center.

The historic former post office building in Adel, Georgia was constructed with federal Treasury Department funds in 1939. The building now serves as the Cook County Historical Society Museum. A New Deal mural, which had been created and housed in the historic post office, has since been relocated to the 'new' post office.

The historic Cooper Station post office in New York, New York (originally known as Station 'D') was constructed with federal Treasury Department funds between 1936 and 1937. It was one of many post offices in Manhattan constructed with federal Treasury Department funds during the New Deal era. The building is still in service.

The handsome and historic Coos Art Museum building in Coos Bay was originally constructed in 1936 as the post office for what was then Marshfield, Oregon. Marshfield changed name to Coos Bay on Feb. 15, 1945. The Coos Art Museum (CAM) acquired the building in the 1970s and after fund-raising and renovation work moved the CAM collections. Public Works Administration (PWA) Federal Project No. 324.

This stately New Deal facility was erected in 1937 as the Hollidays Cove post office. The post office building was dedicated on Jan. 22, 1938. In 1947 Hollidays Cove, Marland Heights and Weirton Heights incorporated into one city and took the name Weirton, and this became the Cove Station of Weirton. (This is not to be confused with another New Deal post office constructed in Weirton, which is no longer in use.)

Originally constructed in 1809-1910 and privately owned, the U.S. government purchased what is now the Robert C. McEwen U.S. Custom House, completely renovating it for federal purposes, during the New Deal era. GSA: "The George Hall Corporation, a shipping company, owned the Parish Store from 1880 to 1936. The U.S. Customs facility located just north of Kalanianaole Ave on the west side of Kuhio St. was constructed with federal funds administered by the Public Buildings Administration of the Federal Works Agency. The building, then called the "Customs Warehouse," was dedicated on Aug. 30, 1941.

The historic Delta Music Museum, located at the southeast corner of Louisiana and S. 3rd St. in Ferriday, Louisiana, was originally constructed as the post office. The building was constructed with U.S. Treasury Department funds ca. 1938.

The historic Federal Building—originally U.S. Post Office and Court House in downtown Orlando, Florida—was constructed with federal Treasury Department funds. The building was dedicated on April 15, 1941, and continues to serve as the downtown post office for Orlando.

The historic post office in Napa, California was constructed in 1933 with funds from the federal Treasury Department. It was badly damaged in a 2014 earthquake and left abandoned for many years after.  It may have been demolished by now.

The old downtown post office and federal building in Long Beach, CA, was built in large part under the New Deal, contrary to the date and name on the cornerstone. The building was planned and started under the Hoover Administration and the cornerstone laid in late 1932, but before construction was far along, the Long Beach earthquake hit in March 1933. The old Main Post Office for San Diego, now the Downtown Station post office, was constructed with Treasury Department funds and houses Archibald Garner's 1937 sculpture, "Transportation of the Mail," produced under the Treasury Section of Fine Arts.

The historic former post office in Wetumpka, Alabama was constructed in 1936 with Treasury Department funds, right across from the Elmore County Courthouse. The building is now home to the Elmore County Historical Society and Museum.

The historic Englewood Station Post Office on 63d Street in Chicago was built by the U.S. Treasury Department in 1938.   The Moderne-style structure was designed by Howard Cheney in the Treasury's architecture office, directed by Louis Simon. The eight flanking window openings on the facade are two stories tall, framed in concrete. The building is clad in buff-colored brick. The Englewood Station is still in operation.  The lobby has been modified and the exterior looks rather threadbare, a fitting testament to the poverty afflicting the Englewood district on the city's south side.

The historic former post office in Brewton, Alabama was built in 1935 with Treasury Department funds. The building now houses the Escambia County Board of Education. A New Deal artwork created for the building is currently unaccounted for.

The F. Edward Hebert Federal Building was built from 1935 to 1939 and is still in use. At the time it was built, the Treasury Department was responsible for all federal buildings. Formerly home to the New Orleans Main Post Office, the building still houses a post office station inside.  It is decorated by three groups of New Deal era sculptures on the exterior. The state of the interior of the building is unknown to us.

This red brick post office building at 900 N. 19th St. was built in 1935-6 as Philadelphia's Fairmount Station post office. The Victor D. Abel-designed facility now serves as USPS's Fairmount Carrier Annex.

In 1935, the Treasury Department constructed this distinctive two-story brick post office in the Far Rockaway section of Queens. The Colonial Revival style building has a "main façade featur a centrally placed polygonal shaped frontispiece with a rounded dome inspired by Thomas Jefferson's Monticello. It also has a grand entrance vestibule" (Wikipedia). The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

The first federal courthouse in Ketchikan was opened in 1905. By 1913, a federal grand jury requested the government build a new facility. In 1923, a report found the 1905 courthouse "dilapidated beyond reasonable repair and overcrowded past endurance." Finally, a decade later, relief came to Ketchikan in the form of the Work Projects Administration. An initial appropriation of $300,000 was allotted for the project with a supplemental appropriation of $100,000 to cover the $350,000 cost of the building. The building bears an unexpected cornerstone from 1965, owing to the building's extensive renovation at that time. The building houses multiple federal agencies today, as well as the original post office mural.

The Federal Building in Clarksville, Tennessee—originally constructed as a post office, was constructed in 1935 with Treasury Department funds. The design of the United States Post Office for Clarksville was released April 19, 1935, to be located on the corner of Legion and Second streets. The front of the building is marble, with brick sides with marble trim. Six partial columns extend across the front, spaced between windows/center door, and light posts are on either side of the door on short columns. The lobby floor was marble. The building is located on the northeast corner of the intersection of 3rd St. SW and Ave. A SW.
