Two-story stone Art Moderne governmental building; symmetrical facades with recessed quadripartite windows; central entrance bay behind stepped recess with decorative metalwork around entrance and above central second-story window; central stepped parapet. A WPA project designed by architect Louis Wirtz, the building exemplifies one period of architecture in Seguin.

Unspecified school improvements were approved by WPA for the Farmhaven community school in 1936.

The Coxburg community gymnasium was constructed 1936 by the National Youth Administration. The structure cost approximately $5,000 and was 80 x 100 feet. The gym was destroyed in 1952.

The vocational teacher's home was constructed by the National Youth Administration (NYA) with supervision from NYA supervisor Carl R. Furr in 1937. The project began in September and was completed in November 1937. None of the young men on the project had experience in carpentry prior to the work.

Large building along HWY-183 in Coryell County town of Evant. It is located next to a modern school building. Building is mainly rubble rock construction with brick accents. Has Evant engraved above the entrance. Has an outside metal staircase to a second floor.

A Winnsboro Preservation League sign in front of the Gilbreath Memorial Library, 916 N Main St, Winnsboro, TX, notes that a segregated Civilian Conservation Corps Company (#2884-C) was located here from 1935 to 1942. "BLACK Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) Co. 2884 (C) Camp SCS-22T, Winnsboro, X, Camp consisted of 6 barracks, mess hall, bathhouse, rec-hall & headquarters, 250 enlisted men, 2 officers and 30 civilian personnel fro 1935-1942  Winnsboro Black CCC Camp continued operations until 1942, when manpower demands of WWII brought it to an end."

The Bee County, Texas Courthouse was built in 1912. In 1941 a Works Progress Administration (WPA) project built an L-plan brick addition to the south side of the courthouse. The brick used to create the addition is nearly identical to that of the original building,

A plaque on the former Tuleta Grade School indicates the Works Progress Administration constructed the building between 1938 and 1940. No other details on the original construction have been found. The building burned around 2002. It is now privately owned and has been partially restored.
