    The historic post office in Jefferson City, Tennessee was built in 1939-40 with Treasury Department funds. The building, which houses an example of New Deal artwork, is still in service.
  • Post Office Mural - Crossville TN
    Marion Greenwood painted this oil-on-canvas mural: "The Partnership of Man and Nature," in 1940. The work was commissioned by the Treasury Section of Fine Arts for Crossville, Tennessee's then-new (now former) post office. It has since been relocated to the current post office in Crossville.

    Horace Day painted this tempera-on-canvas mural, entitled "Farm and Factory," in 1940. The work was commissioned by the Treasury Section of Fine Arts for the historic former post office in Clinton, Tennessee; however, the work has since been relocated to the community's current post office.
  • James A. Redden Federal Courthouse Extension - Medford OR
    The historic Medford, Oregon post office and courthouse was originally constructed in 1916. A rear extension was added in 1940 utilizing Treasury Department funds. Treasury's Procurement Division was responsible for all federal buildings at the time and Louis A. Simon was the supervising architect. The extension was designed to match the original building, but it is clearly visible from the side wall joint, change in the bricks used and the plain roof line. The building is still in use by the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. It was renamed the James A. Redden Federal Courthouse in 1996.
  • Post Office (former) Sculpture - Weirton WV
    This bas relief: "Pony Express and Rural Delivery," a cast stone sculpture, was unveiled in 1940 by Vincent Glinsky for the Treasury Section of Fine Arts. It was commissioned for the then-new (and long-since former) New Deal post office in Weirton, West Virginia—not to be confused with the Cove Station facility, which was originally the Hollidays Cove post office. The post office moved out of the building in the 1960s and it has remained vacant.   • Cove Station Post Office Mural - Weirton WV
    The historic Cove Station post office of Weirton, West Virginia houses a New Deal mural "Captain Bilderbook's and John Schoolcraft's Expedition from Holiday's Cove to Fort Henry, 1777." Commissioned by the Treasury Section of Fine Arts, the work was painted by Charles Chapman in 1940. At the time the mural was painted this office was the main office for Hollidays Cove, WV. In 1947, it along with 2 other communities incorporated and took the name Weirton and this became Cove Station of Weirton.

The building, which features an example of New Deal artwork inside, is now privately owned. The structure presently houses a coffee shop. As of 2022 images of the building's construction are visible in a case near the front entrance.
