Description
The historic former post office and federal courthouse building in Florence, South Carolina was constructed during the early 20th century and received a rear addition and remodel undertaken in 1937-8 with Treasury Department funds. (A source, which says ca. 1935, could have been more accurate.) The building is now the Hugh and Jean Leatherman Medical Education Complex for for Francis Marion University.
