I believe the pool is still there, but doesn’t appear to have been used as a pool in decades.
I compared period photos of the pool and the background buildings in the photo to multiple aerial photos from 1947 to the present. And the pond that appears in modern sat photos (at least as of mid 2023) is quite clearly the pool. Though, it only appears to be a pond in more recent photos. Probably due to a lack of maintenance.
