The post office in Susanville, California was constructed in 1937 with federal Treasury Department funds. The building, which houses a New Deal mural by Helen Forbes, is still in service.  The facade of the building has been totally modified, however, by the addition of a front porch in the 1960s. There are photos of the building's construction, original facade and reconstruction in cases inside the building (alas, the photographs of those photos, below, show reflection from the glass in the cases). 

The historic post office in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania was constructed in 1934-5 with federal Treasury Department funds by way of the Public Works Administration (PWA). The building, which cost $36,000, was dedicated on November 9, 1935 at 2 p.m. The post office houses an example of New Deal artwork and is still service.

The historic post office in Thief River Falls, Minnesota was built in 1935-6 with Treasury Department funds. Its cornerstone was laid Aug. 10, 1935. The stately building was designed by A. F. and Ray R. Gauger, architects, and is still in service.

The historic post office building in Thomaston, Connecticut was constructed with federal Treasury Department funds and opened in 1938. The building, which houses a New Deal mural in its lobby, is still in active use.

The historic post office in Ticonderoga, New York "was designed and built in 1936-1937, and is one of a number of post offices in New York State designed by the Office of the Supervising Architect of the Treasury Department under Louis A. Simon. The building is in the Colonial Revival style and is a symmetrically massed, one story brick building with a stone watertable. The slate covered gable roof is topped by a square, flat-topped cupola with Doric order pilasters."

The historic post office building in Tonawanda, New York was constructed between 1939 and 1940, and "is one of a number of post offices in New York State designed by the Office of the Supervising Architect of the Treasury Department under Louis A. Simon. The building is in the Colonial Revival style and features a central pavilion crowned by a cupola and flanked by end pavilions with gable roofs. The interior once featured a mural by Symeon Shimin, but it was removed and has disappeared. An addition to the north was added in 1964."

The historic post office building in Tonopah, Nevada was constructed with federal Treasury Department funds in 1940-41. The building is still in use today and the interior appears largely unchanged over time.

The historic post office in Tooele, Utah was constructed with Treasury Department funds in 1933-4. The building is still in service.

The U.S. The Treasury Department funded the construction of the Torrance Post Office on Marcelina Ave. in Torrance, CA. Congress allotted $63,800 for the project and construction started in February of 1935. The post office was completed later that year. The building was designed and constructed in a PWA Moderne architectural style.

Another Colonial Revival style post office built under the New Deal is the Tylertown post office. It was constructed in 1940, the last of the five post offices built between 1931-1940 by the Columbia & Hattiesburg firm of Dye & Mulling. It contains a mural by Lucile Blanch, "Rural Mississippi--From Early Days to Present" that was completed in 1941.
