Description
In 1936, the Works Progress Administration (WPA) constructed a storm drain at the intersection of Vermont Ave. and Vernon Ave. in Los Angeles, CA. It was one of the ten largest public works projects completed during that year in Los Angeles. The job took four months and employed 1315 men.
