    The January 1935 issue of California Highway & Public Works magazine reported that the NRA was the main funder of the project, the State supervised the construction, and the cost was $109,474.00.

    • Of course, the National Recovery Act was the umbrella under which the PWA and FERA (CWA) were created, so this might mean any of those.

        Hopefully, there will be an article with more detail in other issues, but for now this was on a list of other projects that were being funded under the same Congressional bill with only sketchy information.
