Description
In 1940, the Works Projects Administration (WPA) began a flood control improvement project on Eaton Wash in Pasadena, CA. The project consisted of procuring and placing brush in existing wire fences, revetement, and incidental work. The work was done from Colorado Blvd to Lower Azusa Rd. This project was part of a broader $60,000 County wide project to improve flood control infrastructure in 1940.
