Description
A large waterworks construction project in Rocky Mount, North Carolina was undertaken with the aid of federal Public Works Administration (PWA) funds. The PWA supplied a $183,000 loan and $100,486 grant toward the $356,192 total cost of the project. Work occurred between August 1934 and December 1935.
