Walter C. Davis Memorial Building – Romney WV

Description

This WPA stone building served as an annex building to the Hampshire County Courthouse in Romney, West Virginia, for many years. Though it was recommended for demolition in 2003, it survived and is currently being used as a government office building.

The building was constructed circa 1935-1943.
