Description
A story reported in 1936:
PANAMA CITY, Fla., March 21. A cow ate the blueprints of a WPA project here, halting work. B. E. Fulghum, project supervisor, put the plans for a building at the State fish hatchery in Wewahitchka on a porch, where the cow found them. New plans were sent to Mr. Fulghum today marked: “For reference, not fodder.”
