The Civil Works Administration (CWA) developed a school skating pond in Superior, Wyoming in 1933/4.
Cassity: “School life appears to have been significantly upgraded by the CWA workers at schools in the towns and countryside alike. … Superior’s students got a skating pond courtesy of CWA workers.”
