Among the Works Progress Administration (WPA) projects identified as completed in a Abilene Daily Reporter article from June 14, 1936 was the following: “Improvements and repairs have been completed on a Carbon school building and grounds at a cost of $3560.”
The location and status of this facility is unknown to Living New Deal.
