Description
A massive sanitary sewer construction project in Great Neck, New York was undertaken with the aid of federal Public Works Administration (PWA) funds. The PWA supplied a $565,000 loan and $190,067 grant; the total cost of the project was $757,638. Work occurred between October 1934 and December 1935.
