Description
A Works Progress Administration-built stone bridge crosses the Arroyo Seco along Washington Boulevard at the edge of the golf course. The WPA laid a plaque (possibly bronze) at the end of the bridge. It is currently covered by a modern chain link fence.
“Historical trails, rock retaining walls, and local public art throughout the Arroyo Seco were…constructed under the auspices of the WPA.”
