  1. I am writing the National Register nomination for this building and will share the final draft when it is approved!

    In the meantime, the designer was Carl F. Guenther of Cleveland, Ohio, who won 2 1/2 of the ten prizes for exterior designs for small post offices in the first open contest (1938) for federal project design since the early 20th century.
