Description
The Civil Works Administration (CWA) conducted landscaping work at a “triangular plot at the intersection of Bronx Blvd. and Duncomb Ave.” The New York Times reported on an adorable story that occurred during the project, involving the hatching of six baby birds from eggs in a nest “no larger than [a man’s] fist.”
