I work for Reid State Technical College in Evergreen, Alabama. One of the many schools we visit is J.U. Blacksher High School in Uriah, Alabama. While there this week I noticed a sign inside the main office with a picture of "historical gym." I went to look at the gym and noticed the "Federal Emergency Administration of Public Works" Plaque confirming the historical contributions to the New Deal.
