Description
The federal Work Projects Administration worked to improve the former East Main Street School in Amsterdam, New York during the 1930s. WPA work included the modest contributions of “painting walls, ceilings, windows, doors, and cornice” as well as varnishing.
The building has since been repurposed as a church.
