Our annual Spring fundraising appeal will be delayed and happen differently this year. We are upgrading the way we process and keep track of donations with the implementation of a donor management technology platform, Neon CRM. The new system will streamline donor acknowledgements and improve record-keeping efficiency. As people become more comfortable with electronic transactions, we hope more of our Living New Deal supporters will choose the online giving option. One unanticipated impact of the COVID-19 crisis is the suspension of mail delivery on the UC Berkeley campus, which may delay our acknowledgment of your gift.
