    "During the 1930s, construction on campus included Dove Hall in 1936, a wing added to Goddard Hall in 1937, and Williams Hall. This work was supported in part by the Works Progress Administration (WPA) a federal New Deal program. This financial support lasted into the early 1940s with the construction of Rhodes and Garrett Halls, Milton Hall, a building for the Dairy Department (now encompassed by Neale Hall), the Regulatory Building (later incorporated into Science Hall), and the Biology Annex.
