- Ferry Point Inspection Station - Calais METhe historic U.S. Border Inspection Station at Ferry Point in Calais, Maine was constructed with Public Works Administration (P.W.A.) funds in conjunction with the Treasury Department. The Colonial Revival facility and its attendant garage were constructed in 1936. The facility, since altered, is still in service.
