The Works Progress Administration built the club house for the Buffalo Golf Course in Buffalo, Johnson County.

The Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) constructed Crazy Woman Canyon Road in Johnson County, Wyoming, southwest of Buffalo. The 13.2-mile road connects U.S. 16 and Old Highway 87.

The Works Progress Administration (WPA) worked to develop a fish hatchery near Newcastle, Wyoming. Casper Star-Tribune, 1939: "rojects at Sheridan, Lander, Newcastle and Buffalo had the aid of the WPA and sportsmen's clubs." The location and status of this project is unknown to Living New Deal.

The former high school in Buffalo, Wyoming received an addition as part of a federal Public Works Administration (P.W.A.) project during the Great Depression. Construction was completed in 1936. The location and present status of the building is unknown to Living New Deal. PWA Docket No. WY 1008-R

The Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) constructed the Hunter Mesa fire lookout tower, about 12.75 miles west of Buffalo, Wyoming. Living New Deal is unsure whether the structure still stands.

The Civil Works Administration (CWA) worked to improve Johnson County Airport outside Buffalo, Wyoming.

The Works Progress Administration built a city park in Buffalo, Johnson County, Wyoming. Today the park is stil in operation under the name Washington Memorial Park.

The Works Progress Administration built a municipal pool in Buffalo, Johnson County. Today the pool is still in service under the name Washington Memorial Park Swimming Pool. Living New Deal believes the pool was constructed in conjunction with WPA work undertaken at the City Park.
