    Sometimes mis-attributed to the Works Progress Administration (WPA), the former Rulo Bridge, which carried U.S. 159 from the village of Rulo in Richardson County, Nebraska, to Holt County, Missouri, over the Missouri River, was enabled by a grant provided by the federal Public Works Administration (PWA).
