    "The new Magnolia School replaces a four-room frame structure which had served the school district for 50 years and which was heated by stoves and lacked proper sanitary accommodations. The new building is one story in height, with provision in the basement for the heating plant, and provides four classrooms and an auditorium with a stage. The construction is semifireproof.
