Description

The Works Progress Administration (WPA) constructed a community building in Shelburn, Indiana. Here and in Farmersburg “combined gymnasiums and auditoriums are being erected as additions to school buildings to provide both educational and recreational facilities.” Work was completed by 1936.

The location and status of the structure is unknown to Living New Deal.
