Description
The Works Progress Administration completed improvements and repairs for the Woodrow Wilson School in Charleston. The work consisted of “painting and repairing.”

This is all new info to me. However I did go to Junior High there in 1949 or 1950.
I am not sure why this wasn’t common knowledge. I do know about the WPA and the New Deal.
