Description
A water well construction project in McIntosh, South Dakota was undertaken during the Great Depression with the aid of federal Public Works Administration (PWA) funds. The PWA supplied a $2,959 grant for the project, whose total cost was $6,565. Work occurred between December 1938 and March 1939. The exact location and status of the structure are unknown to Living New Deal.
