Description
A large waterworks construction project in Winner, South Dakota was undertaken during the Great Depression with the aid of federal Public Works Administration (PWA) funds. The PWA supplied a $58,000 loan and $47,316 grant for the project, whose total cost was $105,963. Work occurred between December 1936 and October 1937.
