Description
A waterworks construction project in Williams, Arizona was undertaken during the Great Depression with the aid of federal Public Works Administration (PWA) funds. The PWA supplied a $66,100 loan and $35,100 grant; the total cost of the project was $131,851. Work occurred between October 1934 and September 1935.
