Description
A large waterworks construction project in Stillwater, New York was undertaken during the Great Depression with the aid of federal Public Works Administration (PWA) funds. The PWA supplied a $73,000 loan and $30,893 grant; the total cost of the project was $113,657. Work occurred between December 1934 and August 1935.
