Description
A waterworks construction project in Mitchell, South Dakota was undertaken during the Great Depression with the aid of federal Public Works Administration (PWA) funds. The PWA provided a $32,200 loan and $11,362 grant for the project, whose total cost was $43,299. Work occurred between October 1934 and June 1935.
