Description
A waterworks construction project in Martin, South Dakota was undertaken during the Great Depression with the aid of federal Public Works Administration (PWA) funds. The PWA supplied a $27,000 loan and $10,755 grant for the project, whose total cost was $39,223. Work occurred between October 1935 and June 1936.
