Description
A waterworks construction project in Madison, South Dakota was undertaken during the Great Depression with the aid of federal Public Works Administration (PWA) funds. The PWA provided a $17,450 loan and $7,247 grant for the project, whose total cost was $27,301. Work occurred between November 1934 and March 1935.
