Description
A sizable waterworks-improvement construction project was undertaken in Steubenville, Ohio with the assistance of federal Public Works Administration (PWA) funds. The PWA supplied a $79,535 loan and $22,093 grant toward the project, whose total cost was $105,436. Work occurred between July 1934 and June 1935.
