Description
A waterworks-improvement construction project in Smithfield, Rhode Island was undertaken with the aid of federal Public Works Administration (PWA) funds. The PWA supplied a $50,420 grant; the total cost of the project was $202,906. Work occurred between September 1936 and July 1937.
