Description
A waterworks construction project in Carmel, New York was undertaken during the Great Depression with the aid of federal Public Works Administration (PWA) funds. The PWA supplied a $49,847 grant; the total cost of the project was $117,515. Work occurred between April 1936 and February 1937.
