Description
A waterworks and sewer system construction project was undertaken in Pryor Creek, Oklahoma during the Great Depression with the assistance of a federal Public Work Administration (PWA) grant. The PWA provided a $27,202 grant to the city for the project, whose eventual total cost was $54,656. Construction occurred between December 1938 and December 1939.
