Description
A water main construction project in Fredonia, Arizona was undertaken during the Great Depression with the aid of federal Public Works Administration (PWA) funds. The PWA supplied a $18,500 loan and $31,500 grant; the total cost of the project was $70,675. Work occurred between September 1938 and June 1939.
