Description
The Federal Emergency Relief Administration (F.E.R.A.) conducted road improvement work in Dover, Mass., including the reconstruction of a 500-foot stretch of Walpole Street. “[T]he raising of the grade of Walpole Street at the brook near the Zinsser Estate has greatly improved conditions there.”
