Description

The library of the University of Colorado was the site of a Public Works Administration project. According to Professor LaDale Winling of Virginia Tech, the PWA conducted library renovations to add an auditorium, classrooms, and offices, completed in 1936. It is not clear if the plaque below commemorates these renovations, or new construction completed in 1939.
