Description

Norwich, Vermont’s Tracy Memorial Hall (town hall) was constructed between 1938 and 1939 as a federal Public Works Administration (PWA) project. The building is still in use today. The PWA provided a $22,090 grant toward the $49,215 total cost of the project.
