Description
The federal Public Works Administration (PWA) sponsored a large school construction project in Tioga Center, New York during the Great Depression. The PWA provided a $129,766 grant for the project, whose total cost was $245,216. Construction occurred between Dec. 1938 and Nov. 1939.
