Description

A street paving project in Rugby, North Dakota was undertaken during the Great Depression with the aid of federal Public Works Administration (PWA) funds. The PWA supplied a $19,125 grant for the project, whose total cost was $39,288. Work occurred between September 1936 and August 1937.
