Multiple street development and paving projects in Bismarck, North Dakota were undertaken during the Great Depression with the aid of federal Public Works Administration (PWA) funds. The PWA supplied a $38,250 grant for the project, whose total cost was $82,222. Work occurred between 1938 and 1939.
