Description
A street improvement project in Harvey, North Dakota was undertaken during the Great Depression with the aid of federal Public Works Administration (PWA) funds. The PWA supplied a $13,909 grant for the project, whose total cost was $31,305. Work occurred between December 1937 and June 1938.
