Description
A street improvement project in Armour, South Dakota was undertaken during the Great Depression with the aid of federal Public Works Administration (PWA) funds. The PWA supplied a $12,000 loan and $9,818 grant for the project, whose total cost was $24,449. Work occurred between January and July 1937.
