Description
Sims College, a dormitory building on the University of South Carolina campus in Columbia, SC, was constructed in 1939, “part of the extensive building program launched on the campus in the late 1930s as part of the New Deal. Forty-five percent of the cost was paid by a Public Works Administration grant.” (USC)
The building is located a couple hundred feet south of Greene St. between Bull St. and Pickens St.
